WOOF!  Please take a look at me!  I know you might be thinking, 'oh, boring, another big black dog', but I'm Russell, and I'm really a nice guy!  Don't you think that a BBD like I am deserves a chance at a great, loving home, too?  Here's what happened that really changed my situation--I was bored out in the yard all day, and the neighbors' chickens were making such a lot of interesting noise--well, I figured out how to get out of the fence and the poor chickens didn't fare so well.  But basically I'm a friendly, happy boy who gets along well with humans and other dogs, I just need to live someplace where I won't be tempted by chickens.  There's even a cat where I'm staying now, and I'm OK with her.  It would help a lot if I had a human to spend some time with me during more of the day--you know, like a retired person or someone who wants to take me along when they go places.  I ride in a vehicle just fine.  I love to chase a ball, too--at least that can't get me in much trouble! Can you help me out of this predicament I'm in? A nice secure yard with a tall fence would be great--or if you have a very safe location where you're home a lot, I am pretty good about sticking around (if there aren't chickens nearby!)
