I'm Zip, and if you know Border Collies, you can probably figure out that I know how to "zip" around with the best of them! I'm a sweet boy whose person had to go stay in the hospital, so I need to find a new home. SNIPPP is going to get me neutered at the beginning of October, and brush my fur real well, too.
