My name is Holly and I really need your help and understanding.  I am a SPECIAL girl who needs a special home where I will be loved for who I am, not expected to be what I am not.  Probably because of a brain injury in my past, I walk a little bit funny—my steps are exaggerated, and sometimes when I get excited and jump up, I fall over backwards, because my balance is not quite perfect.  The way that I eat and drink is a little bit ‘off’, too, since my movements are often jerky, like I have Parkinson’s disease or some other kind of tremor.  But I am still just an outgoing, sweet, happy hound, with a typical baying voice to remind you of who I am!  I would be SO THRILLED to have a big fenced yard to run around and explore; I enjoy playing with some friendly dogs (but no kitties for me, please).  I don’t ask for much at all, just an opportunity to live a happy life, like anyone else.  Won’t you please be my loving angel and give me that chance?
