Ladybug has finally found a human that sees how special she is!  We're so happy she has made it to a loving home environment with someone who will work with her to bring out her full potential.  SNIPPP hopes you'll check out our available animals to see if your new best friend is waiting here for you.

Ladybug is a Border Collie and Basenji mix.  Small and quick she literally flies across the ground chasing the balls thrown for her. But her Border Collie brain is tempered with the Basenji stubborn nature.

But with patience and a calm assertive guardian, Ladybug would excel in flyball or agility competition, or any other "work" she would be applied to. For this is a dog begging for a job. Her "ants in the pants" attitude would prevent her from being a stay at home pet.

The flip side of this ball of energy is her loyalty to her guardian. She loves to cuddle at the end of the day and prefers to sleep near the person she trusts. She can morph from high energy Ladybug to adorable and sweet lovebug in the wink of an eye. She loves to ride in the car, is completely crate trained and gets on well with other dogs.

If you are someone who is active, has a lot of experience with high energy dogs and competes in flyball or agility, this is the dog for you.
