I'm Roscoe, a sweet young guy who had the misfortune of being dumped into someone's yard when I was only 6 weeks old. I was hungry and scared, but I ended up with SNIPPP in a nice foster home where I get plenty to eat and I'm safe now. SNIPPP thinks I look like a German Shepherd/Lab mix; it's hard to know for sure, but they do know I'm a handsome fellow! My foster mom says I am the smartest dog she's ever seen and that I'm mellow for a puppy. I'll be able to go to a new home on July 26. I'm at the perfect age to bond with a new family who can continue my socialization--I'm looking forward to meeting you to find out if you are the people for me!
