Woof! I'm Ziggy, a 4 1/2-year-old Maltese mix cutie-pie. I love my cushy kennel, walks and runs on a leash, and car rides. I'm working on house training; as long as someone’s around to let me out several times a day, I do great. Here's the thing--I do try to escape! If I get the chance, I'll bolt out car windows and out front doors, so my humans need to make sure that doesn't happen. A securely fenced yard is a 'must' in my future--or a family who ALWAYS remembers to clip my leash on before they open the front door! I get along with other dogs (as long as they know I'm the boss); another dog who doesn't understand that might have an 'issue' with me. In the past, little kids have treated me poorly, so I'd probably be best with children who are older or very responsible. I also enjoy my lap and cuddle time; I'm looking for someone who needs ME to love them!
