I'm Zip, and if you know Border Collies, you can probably figure out that I know how to "zip" around with the best of them! I'm a sweet boy whose person had to go stay in the hospital, so I need to find a new home. SNIPPP is going to get me neutered at the beginning of October, and brush my fur real well, too. You could take over from there, if you would, please.
