(An application to adopt Brandy has been approved, but backup applications will also be accepted.) Brandy is one of 8 Border Collie mix puppies born to an abandoned dog on Labor Day. Her sire is believed to be a Border Collie or possibly a Jack Russell Terrier. Brandy and her brothers and sisters are all being well cared for and socialized in a foster home; they will be available for adoption when they are 8 weeks old on October 27.
